Custom domains

Run your dashboard at app.yourbrand.com, your short links at go.yourbrand.com, or both — TLS provisioned automatically.

Add as many custom domains as you need. Point an A record at our IP, we provision TLS automatically the first time someone visits.

Recommended setup. A separate dedicated domain for short links (e.g. go.yourbrand.com) — keeps dashboard URLs clean and avoids any chance of an app route colliding with a slug.

Each domain plays one of three roles

How to add one

  1. Open Settings → Domains.

Add the host you want to use.

  2. Pick its role.

Dashboard, short links, or both. You can change this later.

  3. Add the DNS A record at your registrar.

Point your domain at 178.105.38.151 with TTL 300. We tell you exactly what to add when you save.

  4. Wait a minute.

Once we see DNS resolve, the row flips to Verified and TLS provisions on the first visit.

A or CNAME?

Use A records pointing at our IP — simpler than CNAME and works for apex domains (yourbrand.com) and subdomains (go.yourbrand.com) alike.

Don't proxy it. If you're using Cloudflare, set the DNS record to "DNS only" (grey cloud), not proxied (orange cloud). TLS provisioning needs a direct connection to verify the domain.

Hosting requirement

Dashboard role (and "Both") need an active hosting plan — that's what unlocks running your dashboard at a custom domain. Short-link-only domains don't require hosting.
